A man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a child in a satellite town in Zhang.
The father of a six-year-old child saw a note of 500 in his hand and asked where he came from She tells him that a man has abused her and paid her in return.
The parents of the child gather their neighbors and they beat the man and take him to the police.
The accused's name is Abdul Malik, 25. A case has been filed against him and the owner confessed to his crime.
